Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TradeEdge ("Service", "Platform") is a web-based trading journal application for stock, ETF, options and futures traders. The Service provides trade logging, performance analytics, behavioral insights, AI coaching, and portfolio tracking tools.

TradeEdge is operated by Zoleya servicios modernos (Barcelona).

TradeEdge provides information and tracking tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. TradeEdge shall not be liable for any trading losses or damages arising from the use of this platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the trade data you enter into the platform. TradeEdge does not verify your trade entries against broker records.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including securities regulations and your broker's terms of service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, insider trading, or fraud.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are unavailable during beta. Accepted Founding 50 members receive free core journal access for an eight-week feedback phase starting when they accept their invitation. No credit card is required and this phase does not create an automatic charge.

Any future paid offer will be explained separately before you choose whether to subscribe. AI and external data features depend on provider availability; beta access is not a guarantee that every integration is enabled.

5. Data Handling

Your trade data is stored using self-hosted Supabase software and PostgreSQL on Hostinger VPS infrastructure. We collect trade entries, account information, and beta activity analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can download selected closed-trade reports through Export Trades. For a copy of other account data, or to request correction or deletion, contact nommo80@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains the request process and any data that may need to be retained.

6. Intellectual Property

Your data: You retain full ownership of all trade data, notes, screenshots, and other content you enter into TradeEdge. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

Our platform: The TradeEdge platform, including its software, design, logos, analytics algorithms, AI coaching system, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TradeEdge and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. AI Coaching Disclaimer

TradeEdge offers AI-powered coaching features that analyze your trading data and provide suggestions. When available, these features send selected trading records and messages through configured n8n workflows to an AI service to generate responses.

  • AI-generated content is for educational and informational purposes only.
  • AI coaching does not constitute financial advice.
  • Past performance metrics shown in AI analysis do not guarantee future results.
  • You should not rely solely on AI coaching for trading decisions.
  • AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify with your own analysis.

8. Market Data

Market data displayed within TradeEdge is sourced from third-party providers including Polygon.io, Databento, TastyTrade, and Interactive Brokers. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. TradeEdge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data.

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any market data obtained through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEEDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TRADEEDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRADING FUTURES AND OPTIONS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. TRADEEDGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

You can ask to close your TradeEdge account by emailing nommo80@gmail.com. During the beta, our team handles account closure and deletion requests after verifying ownership. Closing a trading account label in Settings does not close your TradeEdge account. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data requests and retention are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including any records that must be retained for a justified reason.

Contacting support does not limit your rights under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeEdge, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
